Golden Home Fitness is a concierge personal training service. We create a customized training program to meet our clients needs and objectives in the comfort, safety and privacy of their own homes. We bring whatever equipment is needed or simply give them to our clients. Moreover, we are now partnering with Primal Boston, which is a weight loss, nutritional and health company. All our clients receive a valuable free consult with Primal Boston to augment their fitness program. All of our trainers are nationally certified, all fully background checked and reference checked. All have individual sub specialties that we match to each client (e.g. elder care and fitness training for the elderly, more traditional training for young and middle aged clients, TRX, Pilates, etc.). We do not have membership fees, registration fees or long term contracts...we bill on a monthly basis. Rates vary from $78-$82 / hour depending upon weekly frequency. Couples rates are substantially lower. We start with a free in home consultation in which we gather needed information to make the best trainer match. We guarantee this match. We currently have trainers positioned throughout the Boston and Greater Boston Areas...up to NH and out to the Worcester Area....we are expanding.
