ABOUT OUR CAREGIVERS We have a highly skilled staff of compassionate and experienced Caregivers who, at a minimum, have either been trained as Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) or have years of experience. Our high standards also require all Caregivers to be currently certified in CPR and First Aid. Additionally, our Caregivers are W-2 employees so we pay all payroll taxes, and they are covered by our liability and worker s compensation insurance policies. We also have a robust screening process which includes extensive background checks and drug testing.
