Golden Age Bay Area

Golden Age Bay Area (a.k.a. Golden Independence Home Care) has a 20+ year history of providing a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home, and enhance their quality of life. Our home base is the Castro Valley region of the San Francisco Bay Area. Our journey started as a small referral agency for caregivers in the late 1980's. It was eventually bought over by a patient's daughter who grew the single referral agency to a multiple home care agency with dozens of caregivers and patients.

Our management team are all East Bay Area locals and part of an outstanding team of seasoned professionals, caregivers and home health aides with a total of 40 plus years of experience in Nursing & Healthcare. All of us have had extensive personal experiences of dealing with our senior parents, aunts and uncles who want to stay at home. Understanding the needs for such a service from personal experiences helps us recognize the immediate impact we can make on our patients' lives is what drives us and our team of caregivers and home health aides to deliver top quality care to our clients.
