she comes Vet recommended. My cat needed to get her matts off. I have no idea how it happened Lisa took the time to explain how the matts could of happened and what I need to do to help stop them. Very professional groomer. I would deft recommend her. I use her for grooming my cat ever since.

Would not use any other groomer. Very professional.. If peopleclookingvfor discounts go to a shop. You hire a mobile groomer pay the price.of one.. This groomer rocks...

I didnt believe jims review at first. Did the same thing. Came in and wrapped the cat and said i shouldnt grav him in his domain. She also grabbed the cat roughly by the neck to hold him still
Charged me 70 for a bath and a sanitary trim. EXCEPT she DIDNT give him a bath because he "seemed like he was scared of water"...... hes a cat..... So charged me 70 for a sanitary cut ..... did half the job but wouldnt take half the pay. Because "she drove out here" even though shes based in the same town. Seems like someone who does this as a hobby instead of being a "professional" groomer.

This groomer goes out of her way to make sure we are happy. My dog had a toe nail that was curled over and looked like it was growing in to the pad. She called me into the van and showed me what was going on with the toe nail. Nothing but 110 % satisfaction with this groomer.

This groomer is one of the most professional groomers anyone could ever have to groom there pets. Very alert to details, friendly comes highly recommended by more than one vet in the area.

Unprofessional service. She came to my house and said she wanted to come in to wrap the cat and bring it out. I offered to bring the cat out in my own cat carrier she said no and insisted on coming in. About three minutes later I saw her exiting the van saying "shut up" to my cat. When I open the door she said f*** this and threw my cat in my house covered in pee and poop. She told me I owed her $20 for cleanup which I paid her In the Heat of the Moment. she said we should have been the ones to bring the cat out that she shouldn't have gone into its domain like it was our fault. Needless to say I had a huge clean up to do and my cat is acting completely different.
