Offering all types of training for children and adults as well as full family work-outs. I specialize in freestyle training and fitness. I also teach parents how to train their children, so they can use that knowledge later. I use basic elements of gymnastic and freestyle movements and combine it with full body work. It's fun, educating and different. I'll be happy to guide your children into positive outcome during those strange times. thanks :)
