Glenkirk Daycare is a small in home daycare located one block from Genkirk Elementary school.
We learn through a literature rich environment and use various curriculum and educational books as guides including- letter of the week, Science is Simple, Phonics Pathways, Thematic units, work boxes, and living math exercises.
We eat homemade meals with locally grown foods when possible. Your child will be offered lots of fresh fruit and vegetables when here and will get to help make the food they are going to eat. (great learning and bonding experience)
I follow a loose child led schedule so while we follow the same order of events each day we don't have concrete time schedule.(breakfast, lunch, and naps are at the same time each day)
Everything is included in our weekly price accept diapers, wipes, and formula.
