Girl Friday has a niche in the senior care industry because we are not a so called "agency." We are simply a group of incredibly compassionate, professional and mature individuals who have a desire to help those in need.

Like a neighbor wanting to help another neighbor, we do not wear uniforms or scrubs, we can provide assistance over and above the average agency, and we have no turnover.

Girl Friday's team is comprised of individuals in a position to work short term assignments as well as long term care. No one on our team is out searching for full time work and we pay our team members well above this industry's average, which allows us to be very selective when choosing our team.
