She is honest and with a lot of initiative

Gio is absolutely amazing. She is always on and smiling. She works hard every minute she is at my house. I have 2 little children and they absolutely adore her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking. We've already referred her to friends and family and they love her too.

Going into this I was apprehensive having only ever hired people through references or chance meetings. My last housekeeper was with us for 24 years and, to say the least, set the bar very high in many different ways. From the moment I contacted Gio on this website she established an open line of communication and we were able to connect and discuss needs, wants, scheduling and she was out to my house in 2 days. After spending some time in our home getting to know our family and the cleaning routine she was able to match us with a lovely young woman who has truly met all our needs and more. B

Found Gioconda and depended on the reviews to make a decision. That's why it's important to have updated and honest reviews. We spoke over the phone about expectations. I have elderly, & asked her to wear PPE gear. Gioconda came to my house for an estimate, without a mask, I gave her one and we set up a schedule for her services. The day she started, she was late & she didn't reach out. Things happen. I asked her to do the rug in the living room, & she didn't tell me why, but she didn't do it. She took phone calls on speaker, by my child, while in class. I asked her to take them outside, phone calls happen. She didn't wash the used rags. Her next day she was an hour late without notice. So we rescheduled, & again she was 2 hrs late without proper communication, she texted me back but didn't keep her next appointment. When I asked her what to expect going forward, she didn't reply. I'm very reasonable and understanding, but disappointed with the experience and her services.

Was an hour late and a half late to our apartment. Did not bring any cleaning supplies, wanted to leave the moment she walked in. Refused to wear a mask while she was not vaccinated. Left after 20 minutes, said she did not want anyone telling her what to do.

We arranged for a interview to start a new position. I called and texted. She was a no show after confirming the date and time. I would say the prior reviews show a pattern of not being reliable or dependable sadly!

Gioconda has done an excellent job cleaning our house. She is very thorough and does not require instruction, she just does it. We have had several housekeepers through the years and she has been the best. We are very pleased with her level of service.

Gia is by far the best cleaner I have ever used! She is super meticulous and does not cut corners. She also has been flexible with our schedule and been open to all special requests. I would highly recommend her!

Absolutely the best!! My house looks immaculate. On top of this Gio has gone above and beyond cleaning, she helped me set up an organization system, she has helped me run errands, has helped me move into my house and has helped in decorating ! She's the whole package in one. Her work ethic is incomparable and her Communication is outstanding! She's so pleasant to be around and I trust her with everything (she has the keys to my house). She also is great with my pets! The days she comes are the best. Right now she's coming 2-4 times a month, but if I could I would hire her everyday. She really has saved my life and has taken so much pressure off of my life, so I can really focus on my work and Family! Gio truly has made my house a home and so much more! :)
