Giggles & Grins Family Childcare

We offer full-time and part-time care, in my safe, clean and warm home. An environment that is, no doubt, very similar to your own. In-home daycare enviornments have shown to be very beneficial to healthy growth and development in children.
We provide personalized learning curriculums to each child in our care, ranging from stimulating and soothing infant brain activities to full pre-school learning activities. We also include an option for families who want to their children involved in daily Christian bible study. Our seasonal schedule will always be available for you to look over and suggest changes.
We buy, cook and serve organic & whole foods meals in the home. We believe it's important to encourage children to taste and try things beyond goldfish crackers and typical processed snacks to encourage healthy eating in the future. Our current seasonal menu is available to view. I am fully trained to accommodate food allergies and EPI pen injections.
Technology is amazing and we offer the option to Skype and/or Facetime with children or us when your sad or missing them or just need an update face to face.
We fund our own educational and fun field trips to the zoo, museums, parks and other locations around the Portland Metro area. You can see our events page for more information about upcoming trips.
We are currently preparing for and awaiting a home visit so we can get registered with the State of Oregon as an in-home care facility which means that my home has been inspected, my family members, co-teachers and myself are registered with the State of Oregon's criminal registry, I have taken the required (and beyond) classes on abuse, first aid & CPR and follow all guidelines required by the state.
We also offer night and weekend babysitting in your home.
