At GHI Life Sharing, we offer a wide range of in-home nursing and CNA support services to children and young adults under 21 with physical or developmental disabilities. At no out of pocket costs to our families (all covered by medicaid).
Our services include, but are not limited to: changing of linens, bathing, transportation, wheelchair assistance, first aid, medication assistance, hygiene care, and more. We work closely with parents to create a personalized plan of treatment that meets their child's unique needs and goals. Our compassionate and experienced team is dedicated to providing the highest quality care possible.
