Organizational Overview

We firmly believe that when children are provided with an appropriate educational environment, all children can achieve academically and emotionally. We hold a high standard of excellence for our students so therefore we are looking for highly - skilled, qualified, self - motivated and energetic staff members that will assist us in helping our students reach their highest potential.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a Christian based child care education program for infants through preschool age children. The emphasis is to create a developmentally appropriate curriculum implemented by educated, well - trained, caring child care practitioners to enhance the social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual and physical growth of each child.

Our Philosophy

EBYICDC firmly believes that when children are provided with an appropriate educational environment, all children can achieve academically and emotionally. EBYICDC believes in a strong team effort that includes both staff and families. Decisions made pertaining to the overall focus of the program will be based on the following core beliefs:

-Given the appropriate educational environment, all children can learn and academically and emotionally.
-Early educational exposure fosters positive learning outcomes and improves future school performance.
-All children can benefit from a quality educational experience.
-Parents/ guardians and teachers working together, increase opportunities for successful learning outcomes.
-We need to educate the world child, not just the child's intellect.
-It is important to provide a facility that is clean, attractive and safe.

EBYICDC believes that children are the future. We must invest in securing the knowledge, skills and resources to ensure their future is bright. Family input is imperative. Support for each family, expanding the knowledge of each parent/ guardian is essential to the developmental growth of the child.
