The Gentle Hands Agency is focused on providing high-quality, certified, and well-trained Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Attendants (PCAs), and Companions to meet the diverse medical and cultural needs of our clients. As a new agency, the Gentle Hands Agency is building a reputation for providing their patients with dependable, quality service. We provide home health care that would take care of your needs in the comfort of your home, or another familiar environment. We strive to make it possible for ourpatients to live as comfortably, and as independently, as possible. We serve the all of the Five Boroughs of New York City, Westchester County, as well as Nassau and Suffolk Counties of Long Island. We work with private pay patients, the privately-insured, as well as those with Medicaid and Medicare. All of our care providers are supervised by our Director of Patient Services, who is a licensed nurse. Our compassionate and efficient staff all work as a team in conjunction with our clients, their family members, and medical providers. We do what it takes to offer specialized care, in the comfort of your own home. Our services are designed for the elderly, adults, young adults, and children who are recovering from illnesses or undergoing treatments; those that are physically or mentally-challenged; those that are chronically or terminally ill; those that require disease and medication management; and those that just need a hand in managing their day-to-day activities. Our trained Companions are also utilized to "sit" with a client who may just require anything from supervision to travel assistance or escorting to appointments and social plans. Although Gentle Hands Agency, Inc's office operates Monday-Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, please note that all clients and staff will have access to an on call staff member for emergencies after hours, and during weekends and holidays.
