The owner of this business is EXTREMELY homophobic. Her posts on social media are absolutely disgusting and hateful. I have the screen shots of her hate speech and I really wish there was a way to post them on here!

Did 50% of job halfway. Took advantage of elderly couple by changing what was inclusive in price and failing to do work we can no longer do easily. Deep cleaning job was reasonably priced for work but failed to properly clean shower (left mold under seat) and floor in MBA. Did not clean floor in guest bath. Tops of appliances not cleaned until I pointed out. Not cleaned well. Microwave halfway done. D/w front not cleaned fans not cleaned. Only fronts of vanities cleaned as under vanities terribly dirty as I cannot. Pictures and vases not cleaned until pointed out. Tv screens not cleaned. Porch not touched. Refused to clean all of rugs and carpet. Was supposed to return today to finish. Did not show up. My fault my mistake- bought the single mother and felt sorry and paid her. But she either cannot manage her staff or her ideas of clean do not match this elderly lady who was taken advantage by someone who claims I made her lose her staff. Please...she seems nice but I can assure anyone that she had me me in tears today.
