This is why our company is bonded and insured, and each caregiver submits to a background check to ensure your safety and security. Your caregiver is with you from anywhere between 4 and 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Before service begins, we need your name, phone number, and email address, if available, and we then schedule a time to meet and discuss your needs. Specialized Care When you choose our service, you sign a contract before we schedule the start time and date. The chosen caregiver specializes in your unique needs, maintaining a high level of professionalism and remaining fully compliant with state and federal confidentiality laws. Each month, we perform an interview with our clients to ensure satisfaction and implement any improvement. Our staff ensures that you enjoy quality elderly or companion care at a rate you can afford.
