I was a customer for a year and half. If you get a good, thorough clean you're lucky. My last clean lasted 45 minutes. She not only left the trash bag that was full, she added more trash to it. She used my vacuum and left that full, too. She half changed my bed and left the dirty comforter on. Out of the 48 cleaning points the website promised, she performed 12.
I reached out less than 24 hours after and didn't get a response until I bumped my email. During the second phone call, I was gas lit and yelled at, she proceeded to tell me that I was wrong.
The owner of the company doesn't care that his employees are giving such sub par cleans and even worse, that they aren't following up with unhappy customers appropriately. You're better off flushing your money down the toilet.
