About
I am looking to offer in-home daycare for the summer. I want to provide and surround your child with a loving, nurturing, warm, fun, and educational environment. I have home schooled all 4 of my children. I enjoy teaching children character values and to enjoy the world around them through reading stories, exploring the outdoors, going to the YMCA, watching educational videos, doing physical activities and hands on projects, teaching numbers and letters, as well as learning how to read and write, etc. I also have a 10 year old son, who is athletic and would enjoy playing any sport with your child. I also have a 14 yr. old and 17 yr. old daughters, who are wonderful and patient with children. We will provide structure and keep summer fun. One of my favorite quotes is this, "Excellence is never an accident; It is the result of high intention, sincere, effort, intelligent direction, skillful execution and the vision to see obstacles as opportunities."
