About the business
We provide open dog boarding. Dogs get to play with all the other dogs inside and outside for at least 16 hours a day. This is particularly good for stays of 3 or more days. It's like daycare with overnight boarding. The building is fully air conditioned and heated and there is a pool for use during the summer. All dogs are temperament tested for your dog's safety. Rabies, Distemper/Parvo and Bordatella shots are required. Your dog comes home happy, healthy and tired! We are also a dog sanctuary. We provide homes to 9 dogs permanently in our Desert Hot Springs location and 14 more in our Yucca Valley location. Our Yucca Valley location has handicapped and critically ill dogs that all other shelters would put to sleep. Our boarding dollars help pay for our Sanctuary, but tax deductible donations are gladly accepted at fafps.com.
