Friendly Grounds

Friendly Grounds Adult Day Care is now accepting applications for day-time services. Our services will be available at our centrally located 8th Street facility in Port Angeles, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily. Services to be offered will include general health monitoring, skilled nursing, social worker services, supervised activities and meals, and assistance arranging transportation to and from the facility. Caregiver Support is also available.

Clients must have a Primary Care Provider (PCP) and primary home/family caregiver as enrollment requirements. Rates of services will be $70 per day for full-time and part-time clients, and $12 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours for per diem Clients. All clients must have an admissions assessment and PCP approved care plan prior to the first day of services. Friendly Grounds currently accepts private pay only.

Currently, Friendly Grounds has openings for 4 full-time clients (5 days per week) and 4 part-time clients (2-3 days per week). Unfilled full-time and part-time openings may be filled by per diem clients when space is available. Thank you.
