Regular service $25 to $28 per hour.
Note these could change depending on how large your house is as well. If you have a small apartment or condo, it could be towards the lower end. If your home has many rooms or stories, it could be towards the high end, if not higher than this estimate. Research shows that the average hourly cleaning rate for U.S. maid services is between $25 and $45 per hour, so keep that in mind when getting quotes. However, housekeepers and individuals have to work alone and can t get to as many houses in a day as a service, so they will charge above that average.

Business Services $50 to $53 per hour.
Note these could change depending on how large your offices or business is as well. If you have a small office or business, it could be towards the lower end, if your office or business has many rooms or stories, it could be the high end, if not higher than this estimate. Such as doctor office, banks, dental office, real estate, office, attorney office, accounting office and etc.

Dusting and cleaning all types of furniture (including, but not limited to, desks, tabletops, chairs, file cabinets and countertop surfaces as well as office machinery such as telephones, computers, monitors, copiers and faxes door handles)
Vacuuming, Steaming and spot cleaning carpets and vents
Sweeping and dust mopping of floors
Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, kitchens, lounges and other common areas
Wiping down surfaces (such as windowsills, radiators and diffusers, moldings, baseboards, partition tops etc)
Emptying wastebaskets and recycling bins
Removing fingerprints and smudges from glass partitions, doors, door frames, knobs, switch plates etc.
