About the business
FRANK & GINA TUTORING
Please understand that we don't publicly advertise our cell phone numbers, but we do give them to clients, of course. In fact, for clients, we have a separate 'client business card' and fridge magnet with our cell numbers. But, unless it's urgent (such as a last-minute cancellation) we simply can't be checking, talking, texting, or having our cell phones ringing/vibrating during tutoring (poor tutoring etiquette!). We're expected to give our undivided attention to the student.
Please note that our home phone is a landline, so it doesn't get texts. It's best to contact us through Care.com directly, or email us. If you do try calling our home phone, please keep in mind that we screen through the answering machine when were home (because of all the telemarketers) and please leave a message, so that we can pick up when we hear you.
Also, please understand that we often don't get back in at night until 7:30-10:00pm, and we're somewhat "old school polite", so we don't call people back after 8:00pm. (Unless, of course, you tell us in your message how late we can call.) Otherwise, we'll return calls as soon as possible the next day.
Thank you,
Frank and Gina :)
