I am certified in Children's and Teen Yoga through Cardio Kids Yoga and Pretzel Kids Yoga. I have spent 8 years as an Early Childhood Educator and have taught and studied yoga for over 5 years as well. It is a joy to be able to join the two careers together! I am grateful to be able to expand my knowledge in new spaces and share the joy of yoga with the next generation.
