Fox Family Daycare (ages 0-5)

With outrageous daycare rates and long waiting lists, my husband and I agreed it would be more cost effective to have one of us stay home and care for our 2 children, ages 1 1/2 girl and 3 1/2 boy. But not everyone has that luxury. Maybe you're a single parent or 2 working parents just to make ends meet. I'm looking to care for 1 to 4 children at 200 a week per child. It's a cost break for you and my kids gain the needed social interaction and early stages of friend development. If interested please read how an average weekday goes.

I try to spend the day similar to a daycare setting. We follow a schedule allowing room for freedom and fun. Mornings we eat fruit and grains. Then practice learning how to brush teeth, put on socks, and potty training for the little girl. Then it's playtime to burn off energy in the playroom. We have many fun toys to play with and explore imagination. Afterwards we either go outside to play or start a new art/craft project. Riding, coloring, stickers, exploring nature. Then it's time for lunch which is usually chicken nuggets, pretzels, fruit, and milk. Nap/relaxing time after lunch. The baby naps but the boy watches a little Daniel Tiger. Then we work on some preschool activities like workbooks and flashcards till nap time is over. It's usually snack time by then and then some reading followed up with play time in the playroom.

I've completed the background check and I am CPR certified. If given the opportunity your child or children will be cared for like you would want and not just one of 15 kids in a room barely being watched and catching every virus out there. We are constantly adding more and more toys (bouncy house coming Christmas) and ready to start teaching basic sports. If your kiddo is sick, no worries. I'm not running a professional daycare so I can adjust the day to accommodate with a much more relaxing schedule. Need help with potty training, also no worries since the 1 1/2 year old has started the process. There are no dogs here, only a really old cat that is outside all day.

If your work day begins earlier than average time Daycares open (7AM) I will have no problem starting earlier with you.
