I needed my god groomed. I live in Gillette. I left several messages over several days on the answering machine giving them my phone number and hoping they would return my calls. They never did. I see a grooming truck with a picture of a dog and a cat on the side of their van with no company name around my neighborhood all of the time. One day, at the shopping center where I work, I saw that same van parked in the parking lot. I figured it was a good idea to talk to him in person and ask if I could please make an appointment to have my dog groomed. Unfortunately, he told me "no" and that he had 300 people on his waiting list. I never heard of something like that. So, he refused to help me. Due to retirements and closings they are the only mobile groomer in my immediate area yet they can leave me out in the cold because of an unheard-of 300 people waiting list. That's not right. I live within walking distance of their address yet they couldn't make the effort to squeeze in an appointment to somebody who lives so close? That's just not right. It's also not right that I had to talk to him in person after I left many phone messages that he never gave me the courtesy to call me back. That's not the way to do business and would not recommend Four Paws to anyone.
