The name Four C s Senior Care was derived from what we believe a person receiving assistance or support would need and that is Compassion, Comfort, Customized Care, and Cost efficient living. Within this aspect it will be our goal and promise to protect our residents, provide a safe home, and treat them with dignity and respect, while supporting their independence.
We assist and support help older adults or younger adults with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or cognitive impairment by assisting in their dailyliving activities in their home or a home setting. There is also assistance available to facilities. We're able to give a client medications or check the client's vital signs, diabetic management, wound care, Alzheimer's care, colostomy and feeding tube care under the direction of a nurse or other healthcare practitioner.
All care will be evaluated and based on individual needs and can be customized.
