Like review below, I tried to get the Living Social deal. I paid $55 and was eager to book my service. Without letting LS or I personally know, they cancelled. Luckily LS was very professional and apologetic and refunded my money promptly. I tried calling the company several times and it just went to busy signal. Finally they got back to me and Craig was very rude and unprofessional. I was taken aback with his response and mean reply! I am glad they cancelled and I saved myself a headache! Never go off LS deals alone--make sure you have personal recommendations from a friend and company you trust!

I used this service after purchasing a Living Social deal. My countertops were damaged and the owner agreed to pay for half of the repair only. Various justifications were given...his insurance premiums would go up....the employee who caused the damage no longer works for him....he does not make any money from Living Social deals. His manger also implied they are unwilling to pay as I did not become a regular customer. Paying for damage you (or your employees) cause is simply the right thing to do! He also told me that he felt he should not pay the charge to remedy the damage, as my counters are old. Although I called him nearly in tears moments after the cleaners left and he came the next day to photograph the (quite extensive) damage, he also said the employee denied causing it. This company hires careless employees and refuses to take responsibility for their damage. The owner is unprofessional and frankly, mean spirited.
