FITness Into A Lifestyle is a locally owned personal training business. Personal trainer Gabby Skinner is a University of Nebraska - Omaha graduate with a degree in Physical Education - Exercise Science. Her background is in training programs for the geriatric population. These programs consist of exercises geared toward daily living. For those living independently we strive for a program to maintain this form of living and for those not living independently we conduct programs to resume independent living. All services can be conducted at her in home gym or in the comfort of your own home, no equipment needed!
