This agency has been the best for my husband. We had 3 ladies that took very good care of my husband. All three worked hard to make sure he was comfortable. Lindsey would come in teasing him with a big smile. Marjorie singing to him and Debbie making sure he ate. Thank you ladies you for the great care you have my sweet husband. I will never forget you. Beware - For 4 1/2 months I have not received statements or notification from Firstlight. Now after this time period they have decided I owe them money. Make sure to document dates, time and length or services and keep them for an extended period of time. You never know when they will try to get more money from you.

Do not work for this agency. At orientation they promise you tons of hours and then you end up calling the office every day begging for hours. The man who owns the business is a greedy jerk who does not care at all about his employees. All he cares about is putting money in his pocket. Once again: DO NOT work for this company.
