In the future we will be adding on power washing to home owners throughout Rochester, Irondequoit, Greece, Brighton and Fairport.

Our fees for office floor cleaning:
Some fees will be charged by square footage for cleaning floors, stripping and waxing will be charged at 25 to 50 cent a square footage. Carpet cleaning cost varies by how many rooms and size. A whole house with be $175.00. Carpet cleaning $20.00 an hour. Cost may be higher or lower, stairwell cleaning will cost $2.00 a stair. We will offer stain removal, deodorizer at 5 cent a square footage, or $15.00 for 300 square footages. We will also accept hourly payment of $32.50 for 2 to 3 hours of daily work for a small office that needs vacuuming, dusting and wiping down table and chairs.

Bathroom (each): $25.00 (includes sink, tub, and toilet.
Cabinets (outside) $25.00
Microwave: $15.00
Mopping/sweeping $25.00
