First Christian Church Weekday Preschool

First Christian Church Weekday Preschool offers an integrated program of activities for children ages two through five years. Our age-appropriate curriculum focuses on math, science, early reading, writing skills, and creative arts. We believe that learning comes through play, and social interaction builds character and confidence in preparation for kindergarten.

We are a three star, TN state licensed preschool. Our teachers meet state guidelines for yearly continuing early childhood education classes and all staff members are trained and experienced in early childhood development and education.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:
- Chapel service each week.
- Cooking or science experiments each month.
- Special programs performed by students each year.

- Students practice sign language, Spanish, and music.
- Students hear guest speakers from other countries and also learn from and about people with disabilities.

- Johnson City Public Library visits students to read a book twice a month.
- Safe and secure learning environment.
