The 20+ members of our team have been exclusively referred into the network, meaning they're either someone we know personally, or have been referred by someone we trust. We're a tight knit crew, and pride ourselves in our reliability and integrity when working with families. Additionally, our sitters have been vetted/interviewed, passed a background check and social media screen, are CPR and First Aid Certified, and at least 18 years of age. Our sitters have experience working with multiples and kiddos of all ages, including newborns. Parents might recognize many of our sitters as teachers at Foxtail Forskola or Whitefish Elementary/Middle Schools, highly-regarded nannies in the community, backcountry guides in Glacier, and renown children's ski instructors at WMR.

One thing that sets F2F apart and that we look for when vetting a potential sitter is that we are ALWAYS looking for ways to get out of the house and on an adventure. That doesn't have to mean anything super big or crazy: it can be as little as making mud pies or "digging for dino bones" in the backyard, or taking a stroll to the park for a riverside picnic. Whatever it is, I can tell you what it's not... being cooped up inside and in front of screens!
