They are unreliable and don't return phone calls. We had an appt for 330 today that I made last week when I drove all the way down there to make an appointment because they never return any of my calls. This is NOT the way to do business. My 16 yr old son drove all the way down there with his sister and our dog only to find the place closed. I tripple checked the appt card. t was for 3:30 today for sure! That's horrible service. do NOT use them! they will make you waste your time!

We have been taking our dog to Fetch for a few years now. Sherri the owner is fabulous and caring. I would not trust anyone else with my pup. She loves what she does and it shows in her work and demeanor.

The owner/groomer was extremely rude to me, and seems to be extremely insensitive.

I called to ask her, "How long do we leave our family dog there today? I'm just anxious because I've never had her groomed before, and we all love her so much, and with past dogs, groomers have nicked our dogs, and left bloody wounds. I'm just anxious, that's all." And she proceeded to cut me off, mid-sentence, and say, "Let me stop you right there. I'm not going to service your dog, because it's a red flag to me that you don't trust me, and I only work with people who trust me. Nicks happen, and I would hate to be the groomer who nicked your dog and had the owner be like THIS."

I was absolutely flabbergasted by her, and her inability to comfort a worried customer. I would not recommend Fetch Grooming to anyone, especially those who think that wounds from a dog groomer shouldn't, "Just Happen." To those who need a little reassurance, I advise you steer clear of this business, as you won't receive any.

Very rude woman. Not compassionate in any way, shape, or form. She definitely chose the wrong business.
