About
My name is Michelle. I am currently pregnant with my first child and due this August. I am looking to take care of one other infant in my home beginning this January 2018.
A little bit about myself: I have ample experience as a nanny for infants, toddlers and school-age children. I have also worked at a childcare facility for many years with children ages 6 weeks-5 years old. Through these experiences, I have acquired the skills to create a learning environment where children develop, grow and have fun in my home. I graduated from Fordham University in 2009 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in psychology and graduated last May with a Masters of Arts degree in mental health counseling. I have certifications in CPR and First Aid. What I will bring to the position that may be unique among candidates is my understanding of Childhood Development and learning from a psychological standpoint. While earning both of my degrees, I studied the different areas of learning alongside Childhood Development. PLUS, I really love children!
