I started favor home care because I knew at an early age, I had the passion to take care of people and cater to the elderly. Volunteering as a caregiver for the elderly, I saw how the elderly were been abused emotionally, physically, so I made it a point of mine to make a change in the way geriatric people were been treated by advancing my career and becoming a nurse. Adding that to my experiences, I decided to start a non medical home care service to change the dynamic of how the elderly are been served. I loveseeing the smiles and joy on my clients faces. Favor home care provide a comprehensive personal care to individuals at the comfort and safety of their homes and communities. We provide homemaker service, personal care services, companion care services, respite care services. Helps with ADL's(activity of daily living), taking to Drs appointments, healthy food preparation, helps with physical mobility, grocery shopping, therapeutic care and much more. Favor home care provides cost effective services, accessible 24 hours a day/7 days a week. We understand the needs of the aging population and our daily commitment is to satisfy the needs of our clients with the most qualified staffs from our pools of professionals. Favor home care provides training and development for its employees in order to Improve productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency by developing and better utilizing their talents, abilities, and potential. Enhances employees education about, changing how care is delivered, improving quality of service, applying safer practices of care delivery and improving satisfaction levels of employees and clients. Favor home care requires that all clients, who receives home care services , receives ongoing monitoring and regular follow up on the service plan to ensure that the implemented services are effective and efficient.
