About
We are an established PART-TIME preschool program and have been a contractor to Fairfax County for over 30 years! Being uniquely located in the Historic Floris Schoolhouse at Frying Pan Farm Park, we offer the potential for a field trip every day! Children get the opportunity to visit the farm animals, see the farm babies as well as hike the nature trails in the park. We offer both indoor and outdoor classroom space plus a private playground.
WE ONLY OFFER HALF DAY CLASSES 2-4 DAYS PER WEEK, depending on your child's age and class placement. CLASSES RUN SEPTEMBER THROUGH MAY. WE CURRENTLY HAVE MORNING AND AFTERNOON OPENINGS FOR 3-YEAR-OLDS AND AFTERNOON OPENINGS FOR 4-YEAR-OLDS/PRE-K STUDENTS.
- ALL CLASSES MEET FOR 2 HOURS AND 45 MINUTES.
Our program helps prepare your child for his or her next steps educationally, as well as helps your child grow socially and emotionally. Your child will feel safe and will develop a love for learning as well as an appreciation for nature and being outdoors.
