I recommend this company for several reasons : contact is accessible and quick ; prompt cleaners; cleaners are open to your suggestions and direction ; all cleaning products etc are provided; excellent fees. I would advise clients to specify exactly in detail what they would like done. All visits have been completed as per assignment .Good Service, efficient, very clean, well organized. Would definitely use again.

The company is very professional and very quick. I called at 1:30 pm to see if they can fit an emergency clean at 5pm and by 5 sharp Patricia arrived. She was very, very thorough, detailed oriented and left the house sparkling clean. I really couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so much to both louis and patricia. Best service yet in Lexington ky

We have tried so many services of this kind and I can definitely say that Fantastic broom is the best one we have ever seen! Extremely professional staff that performed whole bunch of services in our house, including carpets cleaning. Everything was on time, the guys were very friendly, polite and professional. They explained us everything and answered all our questions (we had so many ones!) patiently and showing great knowledge and experience. That prices were very attractive as well. Definitely will call them again and will recommend to everyone!

I have been using Fantastic Broom Home Cleaning for about a year now and LOVE them! WE chose to work with them due to their method of cleaning, we have a small child at home, but quickly realized that their customer service was top notch as well! I always was asked how my clean was and if there was ever anything they could do to make it better. The crew cleaning my home were fantastic to work with and easy to reschedule if need be. I don't write reviews often but thought it would be appropriate to add my two cents here since we are so pleased with the job this company did. We hired them to do a deep cleaning in preparation for family arriving soon for memorial day and they had two of their employees (owners)for over 5 hours in our home and it is now spotless! Very impressed! They were recommended by a neighbor who told us that they are very busy because of the great work they do but their scheduler moved some things around and got us on their schedule and we are very grateful! If you are looking for a great cleaning company this is it!

I hired this company to clean an extremely filthy home. I was very impressed. We have been through so many cleaners that do not clean up to our standard and these people really did an outstanding job. I will hire them again. They did a great job not only cleaning but their office was outstanding they came out and gave me a bid that same day. They provided awesome literature and then followed with all the documentation we need as a property management company. Such as insurance bonding and tax id info.
This was so nice to not have to request the information. The only thing I waited for was my bill. I would refer this company to anyone

I have had a great experience with Fantastic Broom home Cleaning.They do an excellent job with my house, as I know its a bit challenging with 2 dogs. But they get the job done each and every time. I have had other cleaning services, however no one has been as thorough as Cleaning Services.I highly recommend them!
