Family Link provides peace of mind for families who have loved ones in assisted living facilities in Orlando, but are not necessarily local themselves. I visit assisted living resident and interact with facility staff and care providers on behalf of family members who are remote or unavailable. I act as the eyes and ears locally to respond to a resident's needs if they are sent to the ER or a specialist, provide consistent representation of family for the resident and staff and report back to the family regarding concerns, changes. I am the local one point of contact for both the family and facility when needs arise so that the family doesn't have to panic about being far away and are assured that someone their loved one knows and trusts is responding to the call as well as keeping the family informed so that they can make the best decisions.

The service that Anita Desai provided gave me eyes and ears on location, during the hours that I could not be with my mother. I was completely satisfied with the assistance from Anita Desai. The care was diligent, vigilant and professional. I could relax and know that Mom was safer in my absence.
