Family Life Child Care

I have been married for 19 years and have been blessed with 3 children of my own. I home schooled for 3 years (1st- 3rd grade & 6th - 8th grade), served in my church for 10 years as Children's Pastor/ Director, and worked as an aid in a local Preschool for 2 years.

At no cost to you, adding up to hundreds of dollars a year, I will use the Preschool Palace curriculum which fulfills the Head Start Domain Elements, Standards, and Indicator Guidelines
Preschool Palace uniquely weaves research-based skills through monthly activities and discovery projects. As children participate in Preschool Palace, they are naturally exposed to skills which support their on-going social-emotional, physical, language and cognitive development.
These skills, when combined with a nurturing environment, intentional teaching practices, and meaningful relationships support a child's school readiness

I am a Participant of the Food Program! We ensure your child is eating nutritious well balanced meals. I have a mandatory nutrition training annually as well as regular unannounced site visits during meal times! I provide breakfast, a morning snack, and an afternoon snack.

It is my goal to provide quality care for your children. I do not take my chosen profession lightly, but have dedicated my life to children. It was my dream to become a Child Care provider since I was in Third grade!

I believe that my relationship with the parents is vital for the comfort of the children.

By encouraging children to learn and develop at their own level they will gain the confidence of self-importance. I will give them guidance and understanding so that they will have the opportunity to explore their world in a safe and controlled environment.

I believe that children learn to play as they play to learn, therefore I offer plenty of time for free play to allow the children the opportunity to do role play, experiment, build, and just have fun!
