Family Home and Office Cleaning is a local, family owned and operated, licensed, bonded and insured business. We have served here in Vancouver since 2002. Having owned our cleaning service in California for over 20 years before that, we have over 35 years of experience in the housecleaning and janitorial industries. I love my business because I enjoy working with and helping people. I especially enjoy seeing the amazing transformation that many homes go through when we visit on a regular basis. Our specialty is personalized service, done for a reasonable price. We work only within the state of Washington, serving most of most of Clark County. Sorry, we do not go into Oregon.

I choose my employees well, only hiring those I know personally. I am very detail-oriented in my work and I require the same of my team. You will be assigned a team of two cleaners and will always know who will be coming to clean. We pay our cleaners well, encouraging good service and a low turnover. We pay all pertinent taxes, labor and industries, employment security, etc, so you are not responsible for those costs.

Family Home and Office Cleaning provides services on a one-time or regular basis. We do spring clean, daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or occasional cleanings. We also do move-in or out cleaning of homes or apartments. We bring all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies appropriate for your home or office.

For move in and out and first and one-time deep cleanings, we charge an hourly rate of $35 per cleaner. For cleanings scheduled on a regular basis, we do a flat, per cleaning charge based on the size and condition of your home, the services you require and their frequency.
