Family And Community Engagement Corp/police Athletic League Of Plainfield, Nj

The Family And Community Engagement Corp is a 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt youth organization seeking partnerships, sponsorships and direct financial assistance from public and private donors. Our goal is one of a substantial impact on student achievement, health, family involvement and socio-economic success. Through partnerships with businesses, school districts and other entities, we provide children with consistent guidance, mentoring and other meaningful experiences.
Our academic, fitness, dance, music, mentoring, and other programs are designed to benefit youth in local communities, including specialized training for certain populations, according to need. We seek support to help provide reasonably priced and free classes for families. Our current programs include Martial Arts, Group Fitness, Guitar, Academic Support, and Mentoring with Track and Fishing clubs starting soon. We work well to help keep families involved in positive activity...together. It's family bonding at its best! Please note that we do have a great record of success in supporting individuals with special needs and serving very young children as well as senior citizens.
Originally the "Police Activity League" of Plainfield, New Jersey and affiliated with National Police Athletic/Activity League for many years, FACE Corp now mainly operates from The Goshu-Kwan Family Martial Arts studio in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. Our long-range goal is to grow into a more diverse entity with tutoring, computers, counseling, bowling, boating, more team sports, and other great programs, at various locations and in many towns.
Please consider partnering and/or lending support to our worthy cause of personal and community development. We provide assembly programs and other presentations for schools and organizations, as well as after-school and summer classes and we offer group discounts. We assist low-income families on an as-needed basis. All Donations are tax deductible.
