I am a certified life coach looking to help, motivate and inspire individuals to accomplish personal or professional goals. Simply put my job and focus will be to get you from where you are to where you want to be. This will be accomplished through a multitude of coaching strategies different from therapy focusing only on the present and the future not the past. As well as focusing solely on solutions to problems or improvements to get to the level you want to be never looking backwards into the past. This is where coaching differs from therapy and can be more effective for certain individuals that don't need healing but maybe just some structural influence, motivation, accountability and positive reinforcements to reach a goal.
