I wanted a deep thorough cleaning of my home and they sent one person out. There was toothpaste remnants still left in the bathroom sink, smears on the bathroom mirror, dusting was not done well at all- I had to go over it again myself, floors weren't cleaned how I asked, area rug wasn't vacuumed nor either runner and the shower looked like it hadn't even been cleaned. Hiring this company was a waste of my money and I would never hire them again. I was very disappointed with the outcome of the cleaning. This was my first time hiring a cleaning service and definitely didn't get the clean house that I expected.

I am so confused right now because i asked you please to tell me before i left your house how you feel about my job and you liked it. So i left. I Let me just say this you knew your house was beyond one time cleaning because the house was behind on the cleaning. Anyway let me know if you want me to stop by and give you back your money thanks.
