we hired in winter of 2020 for a move out clean on an unoccupied house. It's my belief the house was left unsecure- agreed upon lock u procedures were not followed. when we checked on the property a week later, there was significant damage. When I left a facebook review, the company responded with " you have us confused with someone else" despite having pictures of my home up on their fb page as cleaning samples!!! That right there attests to the level of professionalism and attention to detail they have. Damages are still being repaired to my home. RUN!
