Owner of Exclusive Pet Sitting and Dog Training: Kimberly Radke has been caring for and training dogs for over 17 years. She is the Manager of The Country Store at Leashes & Leads Pet Resort and is the co-owner and Lead Supervisor of the In-Home Pet Sitting Department at Leashes & Leads.

Kim is a twice Certified Master Dog Trainer graduating from National K-9 School for Dog Training (1995) located in Columbus, OH which focused on Basic Obedience, Advanced Obedience, Therapy Dog Training, Kennel Management, Police Dog Training, Police Bite Work, and Scent Detection Training. In 2006 Kim attended No Limitations School located in Las Vegas, Nevada where she received her certification in Remote Collar Dog Training, Bite Safety Instruction and Dog Swimming Instruction. Kim loves all animals but has a special passion for dogs. She has done extensive training with high risk breeds and aggressive cases. Kim also enjoys just letting dogs be dogs and helping owners create a balanced and happy animal household.

Kim is certified in Pet First Aid and Canine Hydrotherapy. She has taken courses in Emergency Animal Sheltering and FEMA Emergency Management with her focus on animal emergency crisis.

Kim served as Director of her local Humane Society for 4. 5 years and loves volunteering and helping others. She is also a dedicated MN Twins Fan, GO TWINS!! and loves to golf and travel in her spare time!

Kim grew up in Monticello Minnesota and has lived in the Rochester area since 2001.
