ExcellenceCARE

We have been using EXCELLENCE IN-HOME SERVICES since April of 2012. We were nervous about having someone come into our home for 4 hours at a time to take care of my wife. She uses a walker and a wheelchair and is no longer able to function in the kitchen. She also needs help dressing. 

This company has provided service beyond our expectations. The caregiver is able to help with much more than we envisioned. My wife is getting help with food prep, dressing, outings to the store, trips to the nail salon and hair treatments. She is also getting help with organizing her jewelry and clothing. The laundry is always current. 

We are always being asked "What else can I do today?" I don't know how we got along without this kind of assistance for so long. If our regular caregiver was not available, there was always someone else available with no letdown in the quality of the service. 

We are very pleased.  On occasion, we have been asked to fill out a survey form to reflect on our level of satisfaction with the service. We like knowing that the employer is keeping a close eye on the satisfaction of the client.

My mother needed 24-hour caregivers for the last 5-6 years of her life.  I cannot speak highly enough of the caregivers.  They went way beyond the call of duty in her care and concern for my mom.  They're ability to transition with mom as her dementia progressed and her intuitive assessment of her needs and well-being were invaluable.  In addition, Robin was an advocate for mom in our absence.  But mostly I appreciate her paying attention to mm's non-verbal communication, and showering her with love and affection.  Lucy was another gem of a caregiver. One dealt with the mid-week appointments and the other took her out to play.  My mom was a very social woman so outing to shopping, the hair dresser and family events became the highlight of the day.  When mom became less mobile, Lucy brought the social life to her which added tremendously to her quality of life.  Her gentle way of handling Mom made me know that she was in good hands.

I am taking the time out to express my appreciation for your services. I want to thank you for your professionalism and business ethics. It was very important for me to be on time for my doctors appointments, in which I had 3, and your service was perfect. On time, courteous, made me feel comfortable and very accommodating.
