In-Home Support Service
Evergreen Home Healthcare is a certified IHSS provider. In-Home Support Services is an option that allows Health First Colorado participants to direct their care, provided by an attendant of their choosing, with the support of our agency and the Department of Healthcare Policy and Financing. To qualify for these services, individuals must obtain at least one of these three waivers: Elderly, Blind & Disabled (EBD), Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) or Children's Home and Community-Based Services(CHCBS). Private Duty Nursing Through our Private Duty Nursing program, we are able to care for some of the most medically complex pediatric patients in the area. This program involves long hour nursing shifts up to 24 hours per day to provide the necessary medical home care needed to keep these individuals safe and comfortable at home. We work extensively with Children's Hospital as well as various other hospitals and institutions in the Front Range to help get individuals requiring this level of care, back into their home with their families while receiving the medical or therapeutic care they need. Staffed Long Term CNA & Nursing Evergreen Home Healthcare employs a large base of caregiver staff that are available to help staff patient and family support needs.
