Evergreen Adult Day Services is care center for seniors staffed with skilled nurses that operates Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:30pm with extended hours available per request. We serve Apex and Southwestern Cary, NC area. Evergreen provides skilled nursing care along with social and therapeutic activities to adults who have dementia or are medically fragile in a safe day care center.
Evergreen offers the safety and quality of skilled clinical nursing during weekdays while allowing our clients to spend evenings andweekends with their families in their own homes.
