I would highly recommend Eunice and her staff! We have had several housecleaners over the last ten years and Eunice and her team are hands down the best ever! Eunice was very responsive through text and came the very next day to give us an estimate. She was friendly and professional. Her and her staff fit us in the very same week and had no problem providing proof of vaccination. I had to run out briefly while they were here and when I came back, I would blown away! My house has never been this clean. It's impeccable. Every single detail was taken care of. From the spotless floors and windows, to the beautifully made beds and specially folded towels, I was very impressed with it all. After coming out and giving an estimate, Eunice and her team scheduled the first cleaning very quickly, they were punctual, and the cleaning they did was absolutely stellar. As cliche as it sounds, the team far exceeded our expectations in a truly spectacular fashion. From window frames to vent covers, they cleaned absolutely everything. Everything!! Eunice and her team deep cleaned my apartment (1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, plus a large loft space, with very high ceilings) today and did a great job. This was the first of what I anticipate will be biweekly service.
Eunice came a few days ago and gave me an estimate based on the space (as opposed to the time) and told me about how long she anticipated it taking. They came on time and were fast and very thorough. They brought supplies and equipment (including a ladder) and got right to work. The light fixtures, cabinet tops, baseboards, floors and all details in between were beautifully cleaned.

More than a year ago since the pandemic began and coupled with the early retirement of our prior long term house cleaner, my wife and I have been trying to keep up with taking care of the cleaning of our house by ourselves, as best as we could, while also both working our highly demanding full-time jobs. Now with the two of us just about fully vaccinated, we decided it was time to search for a new cleaning service for our home. I was not particularly looking forward to this task as we've had some mixed results over the years and were secretly hoping our previous house cleaner would somehow miraculously want to come out of retirement. So the dreaded search began and very shortly after starting this endeavor a different miracle happened. Within a few hours of posting our add for a new house cleaning service, Eunice answered our call for help along with at least 4 other candidates. Immediately Eunice set herself apart from the rest with a personalized and well-crafted note telling us a little about herself, her years of experience providing cleaning services and how she could provide us with the services that we had described in our add. I contacted her and she was able to come and look at our house the very next day to discuss our needs and give us a price to provide regular bi-weekly cleaning services. Eunice is a wonderful and very warm "people person" who attentively listened to our needs and promised to meet them with the highest of quality and for a very fair price. Long story short, Eunice and "her girls" as she refers to them delivered on everything as promised and much more. Our house has not looked or smelled this good in years. They took their time and cleaned every surface when they did their initial deep cleaning. My wife and I had totally forgotten what it was like to come home to a freshly cleaned house done by caring professionals. Eunice and her team did an amazing job cleaning my home. They provided dusting, window cleaning, bathrooms, floors. The house smelled fresh and clean for days. Eunice and her team even made decorations with the toilet paper, I felt like I was on vacation! Being stuck around the house so much this past year has been a strain but I was excited to be here after they left.

Definitely goes above and beyond - she and her girls accommodated us asking for her to come on a weekend the first time. Based on previous reviews, I had pretty high expectations. They missed a few baseboards the first time, but made up for it the next times they came. I will definitely keep asking them to come back.

She made it very clear that she is committed to quality, and reinforced it with her many years of experience. We were using a "big brand" cleaning service for a couple of years until now, and were continuously disappointed. I was convinced there were better services out there, and I definitely got it right on the first try after deciding to give Eunice our business. Her team is very energetic, works hard, and hits every surface in the house. After one week, our house still smells like it was just cleaned. My wife arrived home after our cleaning and was very impressed with the results and kept complementing Eunice and her team's work throughout the weekend. We couldn't believe all that we had missed over the years with the other company (and the money we clearly wasted). Eunice and her team did an amazing job and we look forward to using her services on a regular basis going forward.
