Hello there!

My name is Geraldine and I have a few openings for children age 2 to 5 at my in home morning preschool and afternoon daycare.

Part time (times and days negotiable, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm preschool) and full time (8:30 am to 5:30 pm M-F) available.

Open year round with one week break for every season.

Teacher/student ratio 1:6

Philosophy: We believe a child's sense of self is developed through the relationships they engage in. The more diverse and healthy the relationships, the more diverse and healthy ones sense of self. We offer a variety of programs throughout the day that build on this philosophy. We are currently implementing an anti-bias approach which strives to counteract the stereotypes our children have absorbed through meaningful experiences which challenge these stereotypes. Programs: Art, music, yoga, nature, gardening, cooking. Weekly field trips in the summer. Programs vary based upon interests and developmental levels of current students.

At least 2-3 hours spent outdoors per day- fenced backyard, nature walks and parks. Rain gear provided.

Homemade vegetarian meals provided- breakfast, snack, lunch and snack.
