Epic Daycare

I have been a child care provider for 16 years now. I enjoy educating and having fun with children every day. My goal is to teach them and challenge to learn more each day. I am a married mother of 5 children. My oldest is 17 years of age and my youngest is 2 1/2. My youngest has was born with Down syndrome and has gone through heart surgery at two months old. I endured and learned a lot through this time period of watching my child champion through this road block in her life. Not so long ago, my daily care was based around administering multiple Prescription Heart Medications, on a specific time regimen, acute wound care, and physical rehabilitation for my infant. Simultaneously, scheduling therapy sessions for physical and mental therapies. We grew as a family through this medical transition. This was work that I had to learn on the job and far from anything 15 years of childcare had prepared me for. I can sympathize with other families with similar situations that have gone through this as well as, those who are facing this ahead. I enjoy being a helpful resource for education children and their families of all different needs. I has since acquired additional staff and skilled trainings to care for children of special medical needs.

Epic is a loving and caring experience that supports all children with their special needs. Epic Daycare is an all inclusive learning environment that cares for and teaches children with medical and special needs. Epic is where pediatric care and education work together daily as children play, learn, and grow. Our certified nurses and teachers on staff c are for children that are medical needy, developmentally disabled or physically challenged.
