.Emerald Healthcare System Inc is a Medicaid Non-Medical In-Home Healthcare Agency Provider with an office in Fayetteville, Georgia, by the corner of Hwy 314 across from Fayette Pavilion. We are licensed and insured by the Georgia Department of Community Health to provide Skilled Nursing Care, Personal care, and Companion Sitter to children/adult in their home. We serve 20 Georgia counties. We partner with Community Care Service Program (CCSP) Medicaid program, SOURCE Medicaid program, and GAPP (Georgia Pediatric Program. GAPP Medicaid Program is basically for children under the age of 21 that needs pediatric care. Yes, we have great pediatric nurses/caregivers. We also accept Private self pay and other CMOs insurance Companies such as Amerigroup, CareSource, Wellcare, Ambetter, Peach State Health plan. Like I pointed out above, we have good and compassionate caregivers doing their best for our clients. All our care giver goes through criminal background check before we can send them to your home.
